Years ago when living in Shanghai, I had an aircon that shat itself.. organised for a bloke to come fix it.. it resembled what is in the attached picture, no safety harness, not even a rope around the waist, outside my window, took the cover off the aircon, and stood on the mounting brackets.. completed the repair.. so what made it so special.. I was on the 5th floor..Whatever I paid him was never going to be enough..
