Things are quiet in the realestate market at the moment, and hardly likely to change in the near future.. so maybe the house I have for sale is better off being rented while I wait for things to improve.. A check of rents in Bendigo shows this morning that 3 bedroom places are bringing around the $700 a week .. I wonder who can afford that sort of outlay,
Seems like a crazy amount to me, but compared with letting it sit idle and cost money instead of earning its keep, maybe it is worth considering.
